Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan
Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was a Pakistani singer, songwriter, and musician who was widely regarded as one of the greatest Sufi Qawwali musicians of all time. Born on October 13, 1948, in Faisalabad, Pakistan, Nusrat began singing at a young age and was trained in classical music by his father, Ustad Fateh Ali Khan. He rose to prominence in the 1970s and 1980s and became one of the most influential Qawwali musicians of his time, captivating audiences both in Pakistan and around the world.
